Shipping Information
All toys on Toyzoo are in stock and ship from our warehouse in Newcastle NSW with Australia Post.
How much is delivery?
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more, anywhere in Australia.
For orders under $99, shipping is one flat charge per order based on the largest item in your cart:
- Small items: $9.95
- Medium items: $13.95
- Large items (e.g. RC boats, beach blankets, big puzzles): $16.95
The same price applies Australia-wide, including WA, NT and TAS. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order ship?
Order by 3pm (Sydney time) on a weekday and we post it the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are posted the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location. Delivery estimates don’t count weekends or public holidays, and we can’t guarantee a specific delivery day or time. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering.
Lost or damaged parcels
We pack every order carefully. If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help sort it out with Australia Post.
Returns
If there’s a quality issue with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. We’ll refund to your original payment method or give you store credit. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If anything is wrong, contact us straight away at [email protected] and we’ll fix it.
We’re not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
