At Toyzoo, we are working hard to get your online orders delivered to you as fast as we can.

How much are delivery costs?

We offer standard and express shipping as customer expected, which is the offical price of AU POST depend on regions.

Transit Insurance

  • TheToyzoo team take pride in picking, packing and clearly labelling your order so it arrives safe and sound for your enjoyment. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse, for reasons outside of our control, on rare occasions parcels could be damaged or even lost in transit. As such,Toyzoo highly recommends selecting transit insurance at checkout to protect your order while it is in transit.
  • Standard shipping does not include insurance by default. Unfortunately, without transit insurance, Toyzoo is not responsible for refunding or replacing a damaged/broken or lost in transit items without Transit Insurance.


What is Toyzoo return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Toyzoo purchase. If there’s any quality issues with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. Then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. 


Delivery Policy

After finalising your online order at the checkout page; you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (sent to your provided email address). We will confirm receipt of your order as soon as possible, and then pick and pack all currently available products pertaining to your online order. All finalised orders confirmed to be dispatched from Toyzoo are then collected by Australia Post (AusPost) normally within 7 business days. Orders are subject to handling times of 1-2 business days depending on the peak period and current queue.


Availability of Product and Pre-orders

Toyzoo carry over 100 diverse products, with more being added each week. If for reasons beyond our control; products that are not available will be highlighted, and you will be notified by the provided email and/or contact number. You may be offered an alternative product, or your account will be credited. You are entitled to request for a refund instead of credit.



Pre-order would mean that the product is currently on-order and is either: in production, in-transit, awaiting delivery, or is an upcoming item. Pre-orders will vary at any time between 3-12+ weeks depending on the product and its status.
If you add a pre-order product with any currently available products, your order will be split with the pre-order product placed on back-order. The product will be posted out without any additional shipping & handling costs.


Please note that Toyzoo is not responsible for:

Gift products and / or items delivered to incorrect addresses, due to the sender providing incorrect addresses.

Product quality problems and / or damages caused by improper handling by the recipient.

If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend you contact Customer care team before placing your order so we can advise on the most appropriate delivery option.

Please be advised, regardless of whichever shipping method you utilize, we cannot guarantee the exact time of day when your order will be delivered, and will not issue refunds for orders not delivered by a specific time.

Please note that we ship via AUS Post, and that AUS Post does not count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as delivery traveling days.

Standard Delivery orders typically take 1-2 days to process. Rest assured, we work hard to get your Toys out the door as soon as we can.

As with anything, mistakes do occasionally happen. Please check your order within 24 hours of receipt, and if there is a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can correct it. That being said, we pride ourselves on taking special care that your order is accurately filled.
